Routines

To facilitate a top-level discussion forum between executives of the foreign investor companies and representatives of the Latvian government FICIL meets regularly with the Government in High Council Meetings. They have been doing this since 1999.

In addition to the High Council meetings, FICIL has a number of constantly ongoing activities:

  • Every month FICIL members convene in General Membership Meetings,
  • FICIL Executive Board meets on a monthly basis,
  • FICIL work groups dealing with the issues gather monthly or as required,
  • Professionals and experts from FICIL member companies take part in the work groups at ministries and other state organizations.

FICIL office coordinates and manages all the activities, including planning, preparations, implementation, follow-up and communication.
